Campbell is an experienced and certified coach and leadership and culture development expert with a wealth of knowledge of human resources and organisational change. His expertise in leading culture change initiatives to boost employee engagement and increase business performance has been impressively demonstrated through senior roles and successful programs for top organisations, including Woodside Energy, NBN Co, King & Wood Mallesons, Laing O’Rourke, IRT Group, and CPB Contractors. Furthermore, Campbell has extensive experience coaching individuals at all levels within the organisation – from frontline leaders to executive management teams. He is a graduate of the prestigious Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), and Royal Military College (Duntroon) demonstrating his dedication to excellence as he began his career as an Army Officer. There is no doubt that individuals coached by Campbell have benefited greatly from his years of knowledge and enthusiasm in making positive changes for their business and teams.
