Vertical Growth Coaching
Vertical Growth Coaching provides senior and mid-level leaders a path to reach their leadership potential. Coaching Session 1 – 360 Feedback Debrief & Action Planning
The Genos EI Leadership 360, Leadership Circle Profile, the Mindful Leader 360, or the Hogan 360 are recommended diagnostic instruments.
Module 1 – Values Based Leadership
Covers the rationale for values-based leadership and asks the leader to assess their current reality and aspiration for values-based leadership.
Module 2 – Identify Your Leadership Growth Values
Covers the process for refining, developing, and benchmarking standards for values-based leadership and values-based behaviour. Includes Adult Growth Theory.
Module 3 – Identify Your ‘One Big Thing’
Covers the specific practices leaders need to implement in order to rapidly align with values while developing core self-awareness skills. Drawn from extensive research.
Module 4 – Identify Your Unconscious Behaviours
Covers how to identify the specific patterns of behaviour that diminish growth while eroding trust and credibility in leaders and psychological safety in teams.
Module 5 – Uncover Your Unconscious Drivers
Covers immunity to change theory and practice. Invites participants to look at their unconscious beliefs and assumptions that are holding them back from their full potential.
Module 6 – Cultivating Self Regulated, Self Awareness
Covers the principles and practices for developing self-awareness for the purpose of a sustainable adult growth path.
