This virtual instructor-led program provides leaders access to effective tools they need for success in today’s business world – from cultivating a respectful workplace culture to resolving conflicts or motivating employees. The six two-hour modules can be delivered virtually or in person and includes 360 feedback assessments and DISC behavioural preference evaluations that enhance self awareness.

Module 2 – Awareness of Others
Improve empathy and the capacity of leaders to flex their leadership style to drive better results.

Module 4 – Emotional Reasoning
Improve decision making and capacity to bring different perspectives together for buy-in.

Improve emotional regulation, wellbeing, and resilience.
